Eric Studer recently received accreditation through the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) as a Certified Building Commissioning Professional (CBCP).  Eric has now taken the lead among DMI staff when it comes to having different letters after his name--- PE, LEED AP, and now CBCP!

Eric attended a four-day workshop where the finer details of whole-building commissioning were discussed. The week concluded with a 4-hour test. The information provided in the course confirmed many aspects of the the approach DMI has developed in the course of providing LEED commissioning services over the past five years.

One of the course instructors provided very useful guidance regarding the assessment of balancing reports.  While the achievement of CBCP certification validates DMI's commissioning acumen and the work we have completed to date, the insights gained at the CBCP workshop will help us be even more effective on future projects.
