DMI provides specialized commissioning programs designed to meet the Fundamental Commissioning prerequisite (EApr1) for LEED accreditation or the requirements for Enhanced Commissioning credit (EAcr3). The Enhanced Commissioning track includes extensive design review during the design development process to maximize energy efficiency as well as to facilitate future operations and maintenance.
