DMI assisted Architerra with their design of the new Stonyfield Farms plant office building at the company's Londonderry, NH headquarters.  Our close work with the design team allowed the mechanical and lighting systems to be optimized through the use of energy modeling.  A secondary benefit of our detailed design analysis was a streamlined application process for energy efficiency incentives from the local utility company.  The greatest energy savings resulted from an integrated lighting design that cost effectively reduces lighting power density and uses automatic controls such as daylighting and occupancy based switching.
